Summary: Richie and Gloria are invited to visit Snobsdale. The residents are so insulting to outsiders that they quickly leave. His father says their ancestor Washington Rich was granted the land on which the town sits by the native tribe centuries ago, and that he signed it over to Richie on his first birthday. Richie gets back at the rude snobs by giving the land back to the Native Americans, who quickly move onto it.
